A fire at a high rise building on Queen Street in Melbourne’s CBD has sent smoke billowing in the air this afternoon. Firefighters were called to the blaze shortly before 5pm. It was brought under control at 5:20pm. Those affected by the smoke have been told to close their doors and windows and switch off reverse cycle air conditioning.
